Crossfit DeLand has changed my life for the better.
I signed up for this gym while I lived in DeLand temporarily this past summer for a clinical rotation. I had just started crossfit in early March and learning proper form for the olympic lifts and gymnastic movements from scratch. If it were not for CrossFit Deland I most likely would have quit doing Crossfit after moving back home to Phoenix and continue focussing on powerlifting.
