Matt and Melissa’s vision is to help our community adapt to societal norms that are more productive to everyone’s health and wellbeing. Hands down the best CF gym in the dayton area.
Dropped-in for two classes while traveling for work. Everyone was very welcoming and the coaches were great. Will definitely be dropping-in again in the future when in the area.
My husband and I did a drop in for the week at CrossFit Dedication and found our home away from home workout family. Coach Melissa is an amazing coach with an extensive background and full of knowledge! Everyone is friendly, helping you out, cheering you on and giving you the low-down of best places to visit and eat. Thank you all for making us feel welcomed and hope we visit again soon!
