I joined DeCO a year ago after relocating to Denver from CA. I wish I could give them 100 stars. The owner and staff are welcoming, professional, fun, knowledgeable, and highly skilled at coaching all levels. The gym itself is bright, super clean, great equipment, great programming. While we all have to be at home right now, I'm still logging on 3-4 times per week for their online classes which are hard and engaging enough to make me sore! Been working out with CrossFit DeCO for about a week now. They have adapted very well to the current pandemic situation and maintained challenging workouts for their members. Their coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. Highly recommend!
CrossFit DeCO is an awesome gym! The coaches really care about the members, which has become even more evident with the forced COVID-19 closures over the last 7 weeks. Tons of live online classes, free face-masks personally delivered to members, live happy hours, etc. You really couldn't ask for more. Can't wait for the gym to open back up so we can all workout together again! If you're looking for a new gym in Denver, this should be your first stop!
Crossfit DeCO is a fantastic gym with fantastic people. For my wife and I it feels like home. The coaches are wonderful, and the community is incredibly welcoming. I joined after having triple hernia repair and can say with 100% certainty that my recovery went much smoother because of the team here. If you like fitness, community, and fun this is the place for you.
