Highly recommend training at CFD it's a great friendly and encouraging place to train I will never go anywhere else. All WOD's are scaled to suit all ages & abilities with a strong emphasis on technique building.

Crossfit Dandenong is a top rate box, quality coaching, good programming, scaled to all abilities. It had a good community vibe and is quite social. I'd highly recommend it.
