When I first joined this club, I was very intimidated at how the exercises worked and how unfit I was. It’s been a little bit of a month and I have never felt healthier stronger uncomfortable at the gym. CrossFit Danbury is a game-changer! I've been a member for a couple years, and I can't say enough good things about this Box. I go about 5-7 times a week, and it has become my second home. Best gym in the area, by far! I've been a member since 2010. Great programming, amazing coaches and THE BEST community you could ask for. I have met some of my best friends here. No other gym like it. Come and see for yourself! =)
