I am fairly local but have a schedule that doesn’t allow me to get to the gym as often as I’d like. I have a punch card and drop in to CXX whenever I can. I was I initially worried I might feel outlast or find that there are cliques formed but that has never been the case. I recently started going to this CrossFit gym, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always pushing me to do my best. The community here is fantastic, and I've made some great new friends who motivate me to keep coming back. The workouts are challenging but incredibly effective, and I can already see improvements in my strength and endurance. I'm excited to continue my fitness journey at this gym!
I never thought I'd end up doing CrossFit, but I wanted to try something new, so I did a trial here and was hooked immediately. Despite already being a regular gym-goer, it only took a few weeks to realize I'm on my way to being in the best shape in years thanks to the accountability, programming, and coaching here. The friendships made are a bonus. Everyone has been super welcoming and the level of competition is friendly and supportive. I cancelled my other gym because I don't plan on needing it anymore.
As a former gymnast, I have wanted to try CrossFit for years! I found CXX and am so happy I did. This gym has the most welcoming and supportive environment. The coaches are so knowledgeable and the community feels like family. My only regret is I wish I joined sooner!! 😃
