Kamp Kramer represented at CrossFit CVI this last week. Orville is awesome his gym is getting it done in southern Florida!!! I come every year to visit it’s like I never left!!!! Go there! You won’t regret it!!! Ren

I had never tried CrossFit before, but I recently attended a trial class, and it was an excellent experience. Coach Orville made sure to assign exercises that matched my current fitness level, allowing me to work at my own pace with movements that were manageable, yet still challenging. I appreciated being pushed and motivated throughout the session.
