I joined the gym about 3 years ago, and I couldnt be happier. The coaches, the classes, the vibe and atmosphere changes my humor to better every day I come. I moved further away, and keeping my gym was a n.1 priority on my list. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I say that every time I talk about it to anyone.
I’ve been to multiple CrossFit gyms and Cuspis is hands-down one of (if not THE) best gym I’ve been to. The community is fantastic and welcoming. The coaches are knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely care about members’ well-being. And the results are undeniable. I’m 5 years into my CrossFit journey (much of it at Cuspis), and I feel more healthy, fit, and confident (!!) than I ever have. I could not recommend this gym enough to those looking for a fitness community in the Denver area!

Best community I’ve experienced at a box. Tom leads with integrity and intentionality and it trickles down through the coaches/coaching. Highly recommend dropping in and staying forever. + the new water machine IS THE BEST WATER IVE EVER HAD.
If Heaven turns out to be a gym (which I think is likely) it may resemble CrossFit Cuspis. Warm and welcoming community of athletes of all levels with programming that is catered to all. And the owner reminds me of Baby Jesus. Whether you’re a beginner or an absolute beast (like yours truly) every WOD is scaleable either direction, with coaches who are ready and willing to provide options.
