Cuspis is one of the best gyms I’ve ever stepped foot into. I’ve been so impressed by the coaches, my peers and the community as a whole. I was hesitant to try CrossFit and I’m so glad I did! There’s something here for everyBODY!
An incredible gym, with even better coaches! I was traveling to Denver for work, in need of a place to get the CF Quarterfinal workouts in from an official judge, and not only did Tom work with me to work around my schedule to find the time, but gave great coaching advice and encouragement. Appreciate the hospitality and generosity, Tom! Will definitely come back if I’m ever in the area. 10/10
This place is great — I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. They truly have something for everyone here. A few years ago I moved back to the city, was getting a little older, and wasn’t getting in nearly as many outdoor sports as I used to. I dropped into about 12 classes while visiting my sister in Denver. I was really impressed with Cuspis’ organization, like rowers were already set out in an orderly fashion if they were in the workout. Crossfitters can be a bit dense when left to their own devices (many have no spacial awareness and don’t put things back where they got them from), and i found that not only did having the coaches pre-set “stations” help keep everyone organized efficiently, it also helped classes move along effectively so there was less wasted... read more
