I have nothing but positive things to say about CrossFit Cuspis. The community is unmatched. Tom, the owner, is kind, welcoming, and thoughtful with his programming. Workouts are tough, but balanced. He cultivates a sense of belonging among all members, regardless of skill/experience level. Excellent coaches and supportive environment for beginners. Wish I had joined sooner.
I joined the gym about 3 years ago, and I couldnt be happier. The coaches, the classes, the vibe and atmosphere changes my humor to better every day I come. I moved further away, and keeping my gym was a n.1 priority on my list. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I say that every time I talk about it to anyone.
