We are a coaching first program designed to improve overall strength and conditioning. The types of workouts include HIIT, LIIT, BodyBuilding, Mobility and more. You are coached every single time you enter the door, which is essentially personal training, but done in a group setting. We also include 24/7 access to the gym with cardio equipment, full weights to bodybuild and focus on your goals. I’ve been doing CrossFit for over 10 years, and I’ve been at CrossFit Culpeper for almost 5. From what I’ve seen, the coaches are knowledgeable and do a great job motivating everyone at the gym by being friendly and encouraging. Also the 24/7 access is great because you can still access the gym if you aren’t able to make a workout.
This place is just the best. Coaches scale all movements to where you’re currently at to keep you safe but getting stronger and fitter at the same time. You can come in semi-fit or straight off your couch. Just come in and give it a shot.
Culpeper CrossFit has been a disappointing experience. I have been a member for about 8 years and it has really gone downhill. The coaching is subpar, with little to no real instruction or correction on form. Some of the people leading classes aren’t even certified, which is concerning. CrossFit Culpeper is the most well-rounded, invested and flexible gym program that I've ever encountered. After years of on-and-off memberships and various training routines, it wasn't until I landed at CCFC that I truly engaged with something meaningful and sustainable. The coaches are very knowledgeable and patient in introducing me to CrossFit and helping me continue on my fitness journey. Everyone has been very supportive and helpful, and I can honestly say say I have made many new friends during the past year and a half or so I have been going there. I would encourage anybody regardless of where they are in their fitness journey to give CrossFit Culpeper a chance.
