Love this gym! Great ownership, always clean, and tons of equipment!
My husband and I were visiting family from out of town. Mike was very responsive and very accommodating, allowing us access to the open gym early so that we could continue our routine despite being on vacation. We did get to do a class with Shannon and we had a lot of fun with the people in the class and Shannon was very encouraging. All in all it was a great experience, one that we will gladly repeat on our next visit.
I’ve been doing CrossFit for over 10 years, and I’ve been at CrossFit Culpeper for almost 5. From what I’ve seen, the coaches are knowledgeable and do a great job motivating everyone at the gym by being friendly and encouraging. Also the 24/7 access is great because you can still access the gym if you aren’t able to make a workout.
This place is just the best. Coaches scale all movements to where you’re currently at to keep you safe but getting stronger and fitter at the same time. You can come in semi-fit or straight off your couch. Just come in and give it a shot.
