The coaches are amazing and I love that I can get a great workout in under an hour and just move on with the rest of my day!
The gym is awesome, and the workouts are great, but the people are what really make this gym an amazing place!!!
My favorite this about CrossFit is that you always have a community. CrossFit crystal lake is the place that taught me that. The workouts are great the motivation to come back is even better. You won't regret it.
Crossfit Crystal Lake is above and beyond an amazing gym. I’ve tried any number of gyms throughout my years... Lifetime, Centegra, Anytime, and others. But CFCL “raises the bar” above and beyond the others. The owner, Joe, has always been absolutely awesome to work with and it shows. He not only believes highly in his gym, but his community as well. After years at the local healthcare system-owned gym and other places, I've found the best physical and mental challenges at Crossfit Crystal Lake. It really is tailored to your own needs and wants but the small, supportive environment keeps you motivated. I have loved watching other members meet and surpass their goals, only to find new ones to challenge them. There's a reason it's not the cheapest "gym" out there - it's much more than a gym, and great health is worth every penny.
