Dropped-in for the week and will definitely come back next time I’m in town! Very kind and welcoming atmosphere (especially coaches Cammie and Sara) as well as a clean/open space
The coaches are amazing and I love that I can get a great workout in under an hour and just move on with the rest of my day!
The gym is awesome, and the workouts are great, but the people are what really make this gym an amazing place!!!
My favorite this about CrossFit is that you always have a community. CrossFit crystal lake is the place that taught me that. The workouts are great the motivation to come back is even better. You won't regret it.
Crossfit Crystal Lake is above and beyond an amazing gym. I’ve tried any number of gyms throughout my years... Lifetime, Centegra, Anytime, and others. But CFCL “raises the bar” above and beyond the others. The owner, Joe, has always been absolutely awesome to work with and it shows. He not only believes highly in his gym, but his community as well. The coaches, Joe, Jesse, Ryan and Troy are the ones I’ve worked with so far and are above and beyond the gold standard of coaches/mentors/trainers. They bring a lot to the table ... read more
