I've been doing CrossFit for 9+ years. After the gym I started with closed I had to find a new gym. I will never regret deciding to tryout CrossFit Crystal Lake. I remember the first day I attended a class with my one week free trail. They made me feel welcomed and included. I've learned a lot since then and look forward to continuous growth for years to come here!
Dropped-in for the week and will definitely come back next time I’m in town! Very kind and welcoming atmosphere (especially coaches Cammie and Sara) as well as a clean/open space
The coaches are amazing and I love that I can get a great workout in under an hour and just move on with the rest of my day!
The gym is awesome, and the workouts are great, but the people are what really make this gym an amazing place!!!
My favorite this about CrossFit is that you always have a community. CrossFit crystal lake is the place that taught me that. The workouts are great the motivation to come back is even better. You won't regret it.
