The workout was great, it was a team wod which are always so much fun, and it was just the right amount of rigor. Travis, the coach, is good at communicating and he explained the workout really well. We were in teams of 4 and he stepped in as the 4th person for a team that only had 3 people. He is so motivating and encouraged all of us to push through and finish the workout. He also had a fitting playlist, loved the music!

CrossFit Crush was super welcoming. My coach was Dana. She was encouraging and her coaching was top notch. Clientele was also super nice and met several locals. Gym it’s self is well equipped and plenty of of parking.
Coach Travis is incredibly motivating! The energy in the studio is amazing every single time. I absolutely love how he never lets me quit—he believes in me even more than I believe in myself, and that pushes me to keep going. Even when classes are nearly full, I still get a ton of personal attention and helpful feedback from him. I’m especially impressed that Travis remembers my individual challenges, like my lower back pain, and consistently modifies the workouts to make sure I stay safe while still being challenged.
