CrossFit Crush was super welcoming. My coach was Dana. She was encouraging and her coaching was top notch. Clientele was also super nice and met several locals. Gym it’s self is well equipped and plenty of of parking.
Coach Travis is incredibly motivating! The energy in the studio is amazing every single time. I absolutely love how he never lets me quit—he believes in me even more than I believe in myself, and that pushes me to keep going. Even when classes are nearly full, I still get a ton of personal attention and helpful feedback from him. I’m especially impressed that Travis remembers my individual challenges, like my lower back pain, and consistently modifies the workouts to make sure I stay safe while still being challenged. Great coaching staff and very helpful and knowledgeable the members are great as well
I love crossfit crush! It’s been the best, more organized crossfit gym I’ve ever been to. It’s such a great community there as well. Coach Allison always brings amazing energy to the room and will pump you up to keep working hard! She’s very knowledgeable and will keep an eye/ guide you on your form and safety.
