I love the environment at Crush. Coaches and teammates are always supportive, encouraging and kind. The coaches do a great job at teaching proper form and pushing you to work harder.
Travis was great. He went over all the movements for class, offered alternative movements, and how to adjust each movement to give everyone a chance to work on more difficult movements during class. He was constantly moving around the gym during the workout, offering suggestions for improvement and praise. Great class today.
Everyone is really chill and down to earth, and encourage you. Makes it easier to keep on trucking.
