I’ve been going to CrossFit Crush for some time now and it’s been such an amazing experience! The coaches are incredibly supportive, motivating, and attentive to proper form, which makes me feel confident throughout the workouts. Today Brie perform amazing job with are new and current members this evening. Brie training session was incredibly valuable and help all of us understand the concept(s) better. Everyone walk out of the training with clear answers and a new sense of purpose. Training has expanded our knowledge and inspired us to grow. Thank you for that.
