I’ve been a member of CrossFit Crude since 2020, and it’s honestly been life-changing. I started with the HIIT classes because I wanted a challenge and a good sweat — and it did not disappoint. Very positive workout environment. Coaches are always so encouraging and supportive. Every workout will help you push yourself to your limit!!
