I’m 78 years old , have parkinson , exercise has a great deal to do with my continued lifestyle . CCF has adjusted my workouts to keep me improving , gaining muscle / strength . The coaches are very professional and make my attempts fun . I actually look forward to my workouts . My classmates also keep me coming back . Try it . You’ll like it .
