Coming here has given me motivation in fitness that I wasn't sure I'd ever get back. Everyone I've met here both members & coaches have been extremely kind and encouraging. As a new person I've never felt confused for more than a few seconds before someone jumped in to show me how to do or scale something. Crossfit is really fun compared to any other workout program I've tried and the energy at CCC is really special

I visited CrossFit Crescent Coast repeatedly on my vacation to Myrtle Beach. One of the classes was coached by Dan, and he was definitely one of the best coaches that I’ve encountered while doing CrossFit (over 12 years). He was motivating, fun, and ensured that you were pushing yourself - he’s a gem! I also had the pleasure of meeting the owners Gabi and Jon - these two are also salt of the earth great individuals.
