Coming here has given me motivation in fitness that I wasn't sure I'd ever get back. Everyone I've met here both members & coaches have been extremely kind and encouraging. As a new person I've never felt confused for more than a few seconds before someone jumped in to show me how to do or scale something. Crossfit is really fun compared to any other workout program I've tried and the energy at CCC is really special

I visited CrossFit Crescent Coast repeatedly on my vacation to Myrtle Beach. One of the classes was coached by Dan, and he was definitely one of the best coaches that I’ve encountered while doing CrossFit (over 12 years). He was motivating, fun, and ensured that you were pushing yourself - he’s a gem! I also had the pleasure of meeting the owners Gabi and Jon - these two are also salt of the earth great individuals. Dropped in for two classes while on vacation and had a blast! The registration was easy, the classes were tough but fun and the people were welcoming. Would definitely recommend dropping in if you're in the area. During one of the classes I brought my four year old, who was welcomed just as warmly as I was. Just a great place to train.
