The programming just does not match the quality of the rest of the gym. It often feels random, and there’s not much thought given to what we did the day before or what’s coming up next. We’d hit the same muscle groups multiple days in a row with no real recovery built in, which made it tough to train consistently without feeling wrecked. CrossFit Craigieburn is a welcoming gym with expert coaches and a strong community vibe. The workouts are well-balanced and always engaging. Facilities are clean and well-equipped, though some members have noted room for improvement in communication. Overall, it’s a great place to grow.
Coming back to CrossFit Craigieburn Rhinos after being away from CrossFit for a couple of years has been a completely new and awesome experience love what Addie and John has Created for our community and would encourage anyone who are still on the sidelines about joining CrossFit to just get in it and start having fun love the recovery facilities but love my Weightlifting classes the most ♂️
Joining CrossFit Craigieburn in July 2023, this place felt like home on my first session. Coach Lily was super attentive on my first class and even had Coach Addie in class, as we had a few beginners trying CrossFit - I felt super safe to give anything a go knowing Coaches were around to help me. I just got back into crossfit after 3 years and i found CF craigieburn to be one of the best spaces to start the process again. The facilities are great as is the staff. I would like to be here for as long as I can here !!
