I’ve been here a few months. The encouragement from not just the coaches but every member has been overwhelming in the best way. I felt part of the community from day one. Not to mention, they are super family friendly. I never have an issue bringing my kiddo along to the workout.
I'm from out of town and have been here 6 months and it feels like a gym I can call home. I've been apart of other Crossfit gyms long term and this one makes me feel just as comfortable and welcome but in a different state. All the coaches take an active role in encouraging, correcting, and positive reinforcement. All the senior members say hi and bye to everyone, which helps the newbies feel welcome and follow suit.
