I was in town for a conference and preemptively looked up a local CrossFit gym to get a workout in. When I reached out online I was responded to quickly and professionally. The website allows you to easily setup a time to workout and pay for online. When I got there in the morning the coach greeted me by name and showed me around the gym. Dropped in here, wasn’t greeted when I first came in. There wasn’t a warm up/stretching at all. This particular day we went straight into 2 and 1 rep heavy deadlifts without any warm up besides 2 minutes of rowing. There wasn’t no direction in the coaching. No movements were shown by the coach, throughout the strength and AMRAP portion.
