Loved my trial of this gym. The community is very friendly and supportive. Wayne teaches engaging and adaptable weightlifting classes, and gives feedback when needed — or solicited — without being overbearing. I feel encouraged by all the support and good atmosphere of this gym. Everything is clean and organized, and they have good equipment.
Coach Wayne is outstanding with kids & he brings a wealth of baseball experience to his training. His sessions are engaging, upbeat, and focused, leaving NO ROOM for excuses. He excels at developing skills & boosting confidence, all while promoting excellent sportsmanship between players. My son has made significant progress under Coach Wayne's guidance (we've been going for over a year). I highly recommend Coach Wayne for any young player looking to improve their game on & off the field.
This place is great for young Athletes! My 11 year old daughter went here for less than a year. In that little time we saw a huge difference in her agility, strength, speed, confidence, etc..... I would highly recommend Ethos to anyone I know. Wayne is great with the kids and he was extremely kind to my daughter. While still pushing her to work hard and have integrity. Awesome family run local business!
