I can’t say enough great things about Counter Culture and Coach John. He, along with all of the coaches, is incredibly patient and supportive. I tend to forget movements and get confused at times, and I know that could be frustrating, but they never make me feel that way. Instead, they’re always helpful, encouraging, and willing to take the time to explain things as many times as needed. Love CFCC! All the coaches are great at giving feedback and are so accommodating! I have made lifelong friendships at this gym!
I trained with Cameron at the 430 pm class and he keeps close attention to my movements and he is patient when explaining and pushes me to challenge myself with the right weight and leave my comfort zone.
Visiting form out of town and they have a great week rate and the instructor was very welcoming! Great class!
Dropped in to test it out and the coach and group were welcoming. I would recommend
