Great atmosphere and great coaching! Came in from out of town to keep up with my Hyrox training and this gym made it super easy to jump right into. The price point was a little higher than some of the other gyms in the area, but the training was not only relevant and quality, it’s also locally owned so you’re giving back to the community here. All about that and would definitely return!
Kenny the coach was awesome! I’m still new to cross fit but felt super comfortable and educated with learning new forms and technique!!! Definitely recommend!
Kaili was personable, engaging, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. I enjoyed the class Kaili coached. Kaili spent time with me before class, several times during, and after class to coach, explain, and see how I'm doing. Kaili makes CrossFit the enjoyable and challenging experience folks enjoy and come back to.
Great gym, amazing people, professional coaches. Enjoy my workout every time I come here. Defentely recommend this place!
