These guys know how to coach folks at any level!! I used to do this style of exercise a decade ago, and walking into this place made me feel like I had barely skipped a beat. The community is so welcoming and friendly. You’ll start recognizing faces almost immediately, and they’re so encouraging!! The coaches are also so kind and give feedback incredibly well. I only joined a couple of weeks ago, but can tell this is going to be a community I’ll be a part of for a long time.
I’m a month in at Corydon Crossfit, and I can honestly say that it’s the best gym that Ive ever worked out in. The workouts are SO intense, but the trainers are very supportive and inclusive, and just super NICE! They knew I was new to the gym and they all made the effort to make me feel comfortable, offer modifications and chat with me about my fitness journey. The clients are equally as nice and encouraging. There must be a “good vibes only” prerequisite to work out here! I highly recommend 5 .
