We are the home of CrossFit Cortez. Everyone and every “body” is welcome here. We are dedicated to training hard, growing strong and prospering in every way. We offer hour long CrossFit Classes, Yoga, Open Gym sessions, Kids classes and lots of Personal Training. We have small class sizes for a reason; more attention for you! Our workouts are never the same and you will never get bored. We have lots of FUN. We want to build a community of strong, healthy, uninjured people.

A great workout! Ellen was amazing and worked with me to get a great workout without hurting my current injuries. She is fun and enthusiastic and super knowledgeable. I highly recommend getting in shape here!
