Love the new location and the coaches clearly know what they are doing. Great community and a killer workout. Also, love all the Concept2 gear in there!
Did a personal training session with Kyle to fix my snatch. In 1 hour he identified key issues and gave me tangible feedback/excersises that i could work with. Great attitude and knowledgeable!
