Been doing CF for over a decade. Was a member here for a handful of years and I cannot find the same kind of gym where we had to move to (and have never been a part of a gym as good as this one). The staff/coaching/community/programming/facility is all amazing. Coaches care about each and every member, making sure to match the programming to your goals and how you feel each and every day. I can’t say enough positive about Meghan at CrossFit Contrivance! She has done a great job helping my son and his friend get ready for his lacrosse and football seasons. They love their sessions with Meghan. Well worth it.
I love they have a kids class! Our kids ages 8-13 have attended their kids work outs. The staff is so friendly and encouraging. They also add in nutrition talks which I love! The gym is clean and the owners are awesome
What an amazing gym and wonderful community CrossFit Contrivance has! We were in town visiting family for a couple of weeks, so my wife and I ended up dropping in several times, and I absolutely loved it. The programming was fantastic, people were warm and welcoming, and I even ended up hitting a lifetime one-rep max back squat PR the day after we got home from a trip because of Brian's wonderful programming! If you're in town, you've got to check this gym out. It's great!
