Best gym and community around! I started my fitness journey here about 6 years ago and have loved every minute. I have made such amazing friends and learned so much about fitness and my limits and abilities
I’ve been doing CrossFit for 10+ years, and prior to moving here I’ve been a member at 5-7 other CrossFit gyms and dropped into dozens more through travel. CFC is by far the best community I’ve experienced, hands down. Whether you’re an elite level athlete, or it’s your first time working out, this community will make you feel like family from day one. I am wrapping up my 3rd year at CFC and looking forward to many more! Walking through the front door was the best decision for my personal growth, health and fitness I have ever made! The owners, coaching staff and community are next level. I would encourage anyone looking for a CrossFit gym that is professionally run, extremely welcoming and a staff that truly cares for your personal well being and fitness goals, to look no further. 10/10. I joined CFC at the beginning of the year cautiously, even skeptical. Talk about a gym/small business that’s got it right. You’re immediately part of the fun, the laughs, the grit. I couldn’t have made a better choice than to start CrossFit with CFC.
