I joined CrossFit Condor in December 2024, and honestly, I’ve never been this consistent with any gym or fitness program before! The gym is spotless and so well equipped. I started classes at Condor in Mechanicsburg about 2 years ago, and it's been a great experience. The coaches are amazing and super supportive. They always ensure I’m comfortable with the movements, and if not, they help find modifications so I can still get a great workout! The workouts are always challenging but a lot of fun. This gym provides such a fun and encouraging community! Going to class is my favorite way to start my mornings!
First experience with Cross Fit and I am Really enjoying the workouts. Trainers are knowledgeable and patient. Love this gym.
