I love this gym. Coaches are fun and always ensure athletes have correct form to prevent injuries. The workouts are easily scaled for every level.
Highly recommend Verdant CrossFit! Verdant was my very first CrossFit experience and I could not be more grateful to Basile, Hannah, and all the coaches for incredible programming and community. If you are looking for a gym to join, look no further.
All the people are awesome! Best gym in the Treasure Valley for sure, probably the best in all of Idaho!
