Highly recommend Verdant CrossFit! Verdant was my very first CrossFit experience and I could not be more grateful to Basile, Hannah, and all the coaches for incredible programming and community. If you are looking for a gym to join, look no further.

I've been going to this CrossFit gym for 9 months and absolutely love it. The coaches are super encouraging and focus on proper form, which has helped me lift safely and hit personal records. I’m gaining muscle, having fun, and really appreciate the scaling options that make every workout doable but still challenging. The monthly challenges and get-togethers create a great sense of community—I’ve met awesome people and pushed myself more than I thought possible.
