I haven't been here very long but I already love this community. I've been to a few other cross fit gyms before and the vibes just "weren't it". The coaches and management are very accommodating, and the sessions are 100% worth every penny. Coaches are always involved and helping me with my form, music isn't trashy, equipment is great, and the other cross fitters are welcoming and full of positive energy. Dropped in for a workout on a Saturday. It was an intense partner workout (YGIG box jumps, snatches, and OH squats). Had a great partner in John. David was a solid coach too! Would definitely come back if I visit Boise again. Solid group of folks at the 8am class—seems like a great community.
Love this place! I joined because I moved to the area and didn't know anyone. I figured, crossfit people are nice enough. Met my best friends in the area, a job, coworkers, all at this place. Love it!
