Great Coaching, very much a welcoming environment
Hands down the best gym one could hope for. Our family is very happy after joining over three years ago. If you have goals, and you're willing to eat right and do the work outs of the day, giving your best effort, then this gym will get you there. The coaches are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. If you want a place to get strong, fit, and belong to a family, this is the place. Very welcoming. After close to 10 years at Crossfit Complete, I will be there till I can't lift anymore.
Awesome and Challenging Workouts, they cater to different Fitness Levels as well RX for the Beasts lol, Level 2 for the Decently Fit looking to Take it to the next level, and Level 3 for Beginners. Very Friendly and Welcoming Environment, I've only been coming for 2 months but I've never felt Looked Down Upon or Unwelcomed there. I'd Definitely Recommend Complete Fitness and Performance in Midwest City Oklahoma.
