Great staff who really cares about their clients and has established a family feel to the gym!!! Really good at assessing your goals, capabilities and limitations and tailoring a workout plan for you in line with the daily WOD!!!! Highly recommend for those looking to breakout of their workout routine.
This crossfit is rad. The community is welcoming, the coaches are awesome and helpful, and the equipment and space are nice and also very chill. If you are lucky, you might see an awesome dog or two. Highly recommend!
