Shaun is an awesome coach and always wants you to succeed. All of the coaches are super positive and want you to do the best of your ability. The community is great as well it’s an extension of a family. If you go consistently to the gym and want to improve your CrossFit skills I highly recommend joining!

Shaun, Steph and the entire team of coaches and trainers are all super positive and supportive. As someone who was a bit "rusty" with working out, they are great at customizing training sessions to fit my goals and needs. It is clear that they truly care about the health and success of those they support and creating a welcoming, positive environment in which to get work done!
