My wife and I have been a member of this gym for over three years. And all of that time I’ve felt nothing but constant acceptance, encouragement to continue to improve without compromising my limits, and an environment full of like-minded people. Great community and culture. The perfect spot no matter what your level of fitness. Coaches are experienced and understanding. Atmosphere is electric.
I’ve been going to CrossFit Commence for 1.5 years now at least 3 days a week. This gym has been an essential part of my day that I always look forward to even when I’m not feeling it. The people at the gym are what make it, as they are so welcoming, encouraging, inclusive and motivating. Ulrika, the new owner, has done a fantastic job with her coaches and putting together great programming. I love just showing up and putting in the work as it’s the same programming no matter what time you show up. Highly recommend.
