I dropped into CrossFit Coliseum today and had a fantastic experience. From the very first communication, Paul (the owner) was welcoming and inviting, which made everything smooth right from the start. Signed my kids up for Kids Crossfit with Coach Aimee and I cannot say enough good things! My son is a bit on the bigger size and Coach Aimee took the time out to make him feel comfortable and modify the program to fit his needs while still pushing him to do his best. Definitely recommend Crossfit Colosseum for anyone interested in a welcoming environment from the second you step in the door!
I don’t like gyms—like, not at all! But my friends kept inviting me to events at this CrossFit place, and honestly, they feel like a family there. It’s such a close community filled with the kindest, genuine, most fun people! So, I decided to join and got a monthly membership. Never in a thousand years did I think I’d be doing CrossFit—and here I am, actually enjoying it! Join us—you won’t regret it ❤️
