Best gym in east point. Still exhausted from the cross fit class. I can’t wait for my next class.
Great coaches who work with everyone on individual basis; ready to come up with alternative movements if one is not able to do what’s listed in the workout. People are very friendly. Crowd is very diverse. Family owned and has a welcoming atmosphere.
Fantastic neighborhood gym. Great management, fantastic staff and an incredible community. I have been coming here for the better part of 2 1/2 years and I have yet to have a class that didn’t leave me completely satisfied with the workout. Could not speak more highly of this place
/Phys.ed./ has been my jam for 12 years now. No gym has ever pushed me, celebrated me or supported me more than my /phys.ed./ family
