I recently moved over to CrossFit Cohesion from another similar box in Bastrop. I can tell you from being at both box's that the family atmosphere is what it is all about. The coaches are extremely helpful and will ensure that any newcomer or someone who has been around functional fitness will get the proper coaching they need and will definitely improve their lifting form and skills. Great place that Eric and Jessica have. I dropped in for a couple classes while traveling and both Eric and Jessica were very welcoming and friendly. Great programming as well. Highly recommend CrossFit Cohesion.
