I spent a week in Coeur d’Alene for my family’s summer vacation. CrossFit CDL group fitness classes provided a perfect way to start my day. The members and coaches were warm welcoming. Classes were excellently coached and programmed. I was impressed with the warmups and knowledge of staff. I look forward to my next visit!

My wife and I dropped in for 3 days while on vacation. Very clean space, well organized, and everyone was super friendly. Would definitely recommend dropping in if you are in the area.

Dropped in this week from out of town. Coach quickly oriented me, made me feel welcome and introduced me to the class. Nice box, good equipment and great workout! Highly recommend!
