CrossFit CDA is my new home away from home. I’ve dropped into gyms around the country and never had an experience as good as this. They’re so kind and communicative, I really felt like I had a little family for the weekend. My mom is in her 60’s and curious about it so she came with me as a total beginner, the perks they offer for brand new people are so thorough and can tell they genuinely want their members to succeed. The programming was fun and challenging and the space was clean and organized. Check them out!

We spent a month here and joined CF CDA because we wanted to keep up with our daily norms. CFCDA 100% delivered! From the coaches to the wods, equipment, encouragement and professionalism everything was amazing!!! The athletes were awesome and the atmosphere was all that you would expect in a box. You won’t be disappointed if you swing by for a drop in or for a membership. This is 100% an amazing community that you’ll bump into around town. #stayrad

Did a drop in here while visiting and it was great. Friendly staff, a clean gym with a ton of amenities, and of course a great workout. I'd recommend it in a heartbeat for anyone doing drop ins, or looking for a gym. The building itself was also really cool, old brick and wood, with plenty of floor space to workout.

Dropped in on my way through town. Great gym and friendly folks. I'd definitely come back. I did open gym because I have my young dog with me. Found out they're dog friendly. It's a big plus that I didn't have to leave him in the car.

Dropped in to CrossFit Coeur d’Alene while on vacation and had an amazing experience! The gym is super clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The coaches, Tia and Megan, were awesome — super knowledgeable, encouraging, and made us feel right at home. If you’re visiting the area, I highly recommend stopping by. And honestly, if I lived here, this would 100% be my home gym.
