Love this place. I had a new years resolution. But however I started in December. And I love every day. Even when I feel like I don't want to go. The vibe in the atmosphere is worth it. Dawn is amazing. She works so hard to make us all succeed. I never thought I would enjoy Crossfit. But it's like my extended family. I don't have to feel embarrassed when I'm lost. And I've learned that consistency is the key.
Great crossfit gym from the people to the well thoughtout WODs. Ten out of ten!
Orphaned when our box abruptly closed. Our entire crew had to find a new home and Dawn took us in with open arms. Love the coaching and programming. Thank you code4 for making room for us. To new beginnings.
Long overdue review! I started back in Sept 2021, and have never looked back! The coaches are great! they modify workouts and/or movements as needed, while still giving a push to build confidence, endurance, and strength. I am happy with my results and progress. I'm in my mid 50's and have learned that this is a lifestyle of patience, dedication and persistence. The small classes and members make all the difference in the world!
