Long overdue review! I started back in Sept 2021, and have never looked back! The coaches are great! they modify workouts and/or movements as needed, while still giving a push to build confidence, endurance, and strength. I am happy with my results and progress. I'm in my mid 50's and have learned that this is a lifestyle of patience, dedication and persistence. The small classes and members make all the difference in the world!
