I have felt a lot happier and way more confident since I joined! It’s been about a year and I can already see a change, the coaches are very friendly and helpful!!
Kaitlin and Skeat are some of the most patient people I have ever met in my life. These two will always greet you with a smile, a hello, and a joke or two. When I started at Evolve, I hadn’t been active for about a year and was unsure of if I wanted to join a gym or not. I decided to join here because of the coachable nature and it was such a great decision. I love the community feel of the gym. When working out I feel safe and comfortable knowing there is someone to ask any questions I may come up with!! Highly recommend.
