I’ve had an amazing experience at CrossFit Chula Vista. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and motivating—they truly care about helping you improve at your own pace. Every workout is challenging but scalable, so whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you’ll always feel supported.
From the moment I dropped in to Crossfit Chula Vista, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The 6am crew was very friendly and helpful. Richard and Melissa were incredibly welcoming as well. I was nursing a nagging injury and Richard went above and beyond to help me craft a workout that worked for me. Richard also showed me stretches that helped me immediately and I will incorporate into my daily routine. I REALLY enjoyed my 3 days at CrossFit Chula Vista and 100% recommend this gym!! Next time I'm in San Diego I will be back!!
I’ve trained here for 8yrs now.The workouts are always challenging but still fun. I’ve gotten stronger, healthier, and more confident. What really makes this place special is the community. Everyone is very welcoming and encouraging. Always cheering you on! The coaches here are truly invested in everyone’s progress!! And Coach Mo is AWESOME!! Best decision I ever made!
I have been at this gym for 11 years. Love the coaches. Love the atmosphere. Love the community. Any size, any shape, any fitness level all are welcome and encouraged.
