Friendly, professional, helpful staff and participants.
I was a member at this gym for 10 months before moving away from the area and loved every day of it. The coaches are all extremely positive, encouraging, and knowledgeable about the sport and push every member to meet his/her fitness goals. In addition to the great coaching staff, the gym equipment/space is kept clean and in great condition, with new equipment frequently being purchased and plenty of space for members to workout. I would like to extend my highest praises to Chris, Jen, and Mike for establishing a world-class CrossFit gym for the Virginia Tech (Blacksburg/Christiansburg) community. When I first started CrossFit, I was extremely nervous. However, that feeling turned into excitement as soon as I walked into the doors at CrossFit Christiansburg. Chris, Jenny, and Mike, along with all of the other coaches, have created such a friendly and welcoming environment. They are extremely knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to share that knowledge with every member. They listen to your needs while pushing you to be the best version of yourself possible. Hands down the best Crossfit gym I have had the pleasure of being a part of! The owners Chris, Jenny & Mike along with the other talented coaches are so invested in each athlete that walks through the doors and are truly passionate about seeing the athletes improve. They are all super knowledgeable about correct form & making sure that weights are appropriate/scaled for each individual. I will sincerely miss the wonderful coaches and community at Crossfit Christiansburg!
