Fantastic CrossFit gym with challenging, well-programmed workouts and top-quality equipment that’s always clean and well maintained. The coaches are supportive and knowledgeable, and the community is welcoming and motivating. From day one, you feel supported and encouraged. It’s a place that pushes you to work hard while making you feel like you belong. Highly recommend!

I was a member at this gym for 10 months before moving away from the area and loved every day of it. The coaches are all extremely positive, encouraging, and knowledgeable about the sport and push every member to meet his/her fitness goals. In addition to the great coaching staff, the gym equipment/space is kept clean and in great condition, with new equipment frequently being purchased and plenty of space for members to workout. When I first started CrossFit, I was extremely nervous. However, that feeling turned into excitement as soon as I walked into the doors at CrossFit Christiansburg. Chris, Jenny, and Mike, along with all of the other coaches, have created such a friendly and welcoming environment.
