8 yrs ago I walked into CrossFit and I thought this is too much for me. But I did what I always do , anything too much for me lol. It turned out to be the best thing I ever done for myself, mentally and physically. I needed the community, I needed the push, training, and the change. It has always been great, but I have watched it grow into something beyond a gym, its family! I came in from out of town for work and needed a place to train. Scotti and Dreamer, the owners were very welcoming, as were the other coaches and members. This gym has plenty of equipment, space and an upbeat environment.

This is an amazing place to workout. The coaches and people are amazing. I feel like I’m a part of a family here.
