The community at Chi-Rho CrossFit is so welcoming and helpful to newcomers. The atmosphere is not intimidating, rather, the coaches and members make time to learn your name and assess your needs. They take the time to ensure that you are working safely, and help you progress. It’s definitely worth your time!
Best coaches and staff ever!! The owners are very hands on and put a lot of work into creating a welcoming community. No matter what age, size, or where you are at in your fitness journey Chi-Rho is the place to go!
Spacious gym with gracious members & coach! Vicki was very welcoming and I felt right at home working out with Zach, Chad, and Brad. Will definitely be dropping in again
I joined Chi-Rho in April of 2018 after encouragement from a co-worker. I attended a free Saturday class and signed up that day! I have been active my entire adult life but this was not like anything I had ever done. I started when I was 57 and I have always felt excepted and encouraged, the community is like no other! Coaches are knowledgeable and always willing to help me scale to my ability but also knew when to push me. You can’t go wrong, just be ready to work!
