Great coaches and great members!
Had knee replacement and went there for therapy. They take time with you and stop when it hurts too much. They move on to another exercise that will do the same thing just a little less stressful. Kind and professional.
The coaching and classes are wonderful. People of all levels can do Crossfit. This is a community of friendly people who (mostly) enjoy fitness and challenge!
