I came here to do a quick EMOM workout along with some people I have come to call friends over the past several months. It wasn't a full workout with all the equipment but the people made it worth every minute. Always welcoming and friendly. It's nice when people gather with a common goal to improve their health.
I highly recommend CFC! They are welcoming to everyone and every fitness level. The classes offer great variety, multiple time options for busy schedules, and friendly supportive members. It is truly more than just a gym, it is a caring community!
Nick and Whitney have been great! I’m new to CrossFit and they have been patient with showing me the movements and helping me scale them to something I can do without injuring myself. Their gym and equipment is clean and well maintained. The class times are convenient and the app they use makes keeping up easy for me. I highly recommend this gym for both beginners and pros.
I joined back in June 2025 and I'm still here. I have definitely gotten stronger and it shows in making my everyday tasks easier. Not to mention the boost in confidence, energy and just how I feel overall. It took a lot to walk in and join at the ripe age of 49 but it's the awesome people and wonderful coaches that inspire and motivate me to keep walking back in. Do yourself a favor - INVEST in YOU - this CrossFit community will support and encourage you along the way.
