Great people and great place to get fit!
Everyone there is a huge family, driven for their own goals and the coaches there are friendly and will help you achieve it. They understand everyone starts at a different pace so they will not push you over your limits but enough to challenge you every time you show up.
After dealing with some health issues, I knew I needed to take better care of myself so I could be there for my family. I wanted to work out consistently but struggled to stay motivated. After seeing my wife and brother-in-law have success with CrossFit, I decided to give it a try. CrossFit Chesapeake has been exactly what I needed.
