I lifted in college but I’m new to CrossFit. So I’m not familiar with the more complicated lifts like snatches and power cleans. The coaches take the time to give me advice on technique so that I lift safely and properly. Overall it’s a very welcoming gym and it’s been a lot of fun working out here.
Dropped into a new CrossFit gym today, Crossfit Cherry Creek and had such a great experience! 💪 The coach was awesome—super knowledgeable and encouraging—and the atmosphere was so fun and welcoming. Left feeling challenged, motivated. Great experience!
Love this place! CCCF has been a game-changer for me. I've lost 5.8% body fat (10+ lbs of fat!) and gained over 6 lbs of muscle through proper nutrition and consistency.
