This gym is excellent. The coaches are extremely helpful, attentive, and do all they can to help members achieve their goals. They do a fantastic job of ensuring everyone understands the "why" of each workout. This is not the type of Crossfit gym where coaches simply read off the whiteboard and leave you to figure the rest out on your own. You will leave each class more fit and more knowledgeable about your fitness. Spent time here for a few days as a drop-in. The staff and other athletes are extremely welcoming and it’s not an intimidating gym. They make you feel at home, aren’t overbearing with coaching, and the programming is simple and effective. Class times are convenient and we’ll structured to get you in and out in an hour. Plenty of equipment, and nice bumper plates and bars! Can’t wait to visit when I’m back on holiday again.

Absolutely love this gym! Will and Jarrod are incredible coaches with an abundance of fitness knowledge. They are super supportive in pursuing goals, and are quick to help if someone is struggling with certain aspects of their routines. The community here is incredible. Everyone here treats each other as parts of one big happy family. If you are looking for a gym that will help support you in the pursuit of your goals, as well as gaining incredible results, this is the place to be!
