The coaching is excellent. Very encouraging and so good with form. They know when to push you but always goes back to form and makes sure every movement is done correctly without getting sloppy when you are tired. Always feel like I leave better and learn something new. Love it here!

Coach Lana always provides a thorough demonstration of the programming for the class and checks with each member during the strength portion, providing tips and guidance. During WODs she keeps the class updated on the sets and timing and is perpetually upbeat and encouraging - giving that little bit of inspiration to get that "one more round" :-D.
Really great community of people! You always feel welcome no matter what level you’re at! The owners are pretty awesome!!!
