I dropped into Crossfit Chateau for their 9:30 am class and was blown away by how welcoming the community was. The atmosphere was great, and everyone was so helpful and supportive. Alex's coaching was top tier!!!

Friendly coaches and members with workouts scalable for varying skill levels. Drop-in friendly, but you should be in a CrossFit routine before popping in
Joey coached my class today. I really like this guy. He’s quiet, personable, and gives good feedback when I’m doing something right and more importantly when I’m doing something wrong.
