Amazing class, first time ever doing CrossFit!! Demi was awesome she was patient and explained movements and made me overly comfortable
Great gym, great people. If you want a good workout and don’t know where to start, this is an awesome group of people. The workouts are tough but always scalable, so anyone can jump in. Alex and Keri have created a welcoming, supportive environment with knowledgeable coaching and thoughtful programming. They genuinely care about their members and make everyone feel comfortable and challenged at the same time. Highly recommend CrossFit Chateau.
