I dropped in on one of their Saturday partner workouts with my partner, who is a member (I am not a member, but they allow members to bring in non-members for the partner workouts free of charge - super awesome)! Brendan (or Brendon - not sure how to spell his name) was an awesome coach and teacher and really helped me with my form as a beginner. He catered to each of us individually and it was overall just a great time. Would recommend!!
The best
We did a drop in from out of town and Jon was very welcoming. The facility was well set up and had great equipment.
John and Lauren are great coaches and both greet everyone with a smile!
