CrossFit Charlottesville is home to men and women of all ages with a variety of athletic and non-athletic backgrounds. We offer small group classes led by certified trainers (at a fraction of the cost of any other personal training out there). Our fitness programming presents athletes of all levels with mental and physical challenges which we know from real-world evidence will produce better results than any other program out there. We offer CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, and Bootcamp classes.

We did a drop in from out of town and Jon was very welcoming. The facility was well set up and had great equipment.
John and Lauren are great coaches and both greet everyone with a smile!
Crossfit Charlottesville is an excellent place to train. Ive been part of a few different Crossfit gyms as I travel often with work, and this is by far one of the best. Jon and his staff are concerned with athlete safety, first and foremost. They provide a clean environment for athletes of all levels to workout.
