We did a drop in from out of town and Jon was very welcoming. The facility was well set up and had great equipment.
John and Lauren are great coaches and both greet everyone with a smile!
Crossfit Charlottesville is an excellent place to train. Ive been part of a few different Crossfit gyms as I travel often with work, and this is by far one of the best. Jon and his staff are concerned with athlete safety, first and foremost. They provide a clean environment for athletes of all levels to workout.
