I tried a CrossFit gym in my community and did not have the best experience. After weeks of researching other gym options, I decided to try CFC to see if it was any different. Six years later, I am still driving down to Chamblee to the gym every week. The people are welcoming and the workouts are always different (and scalable). Started Crossfit as a complete beginner(never tried any gym before). I had tried multiple fitness apps though, but nothing worked out as I needed a coach to watch my form and ensure i push my limits. Had researched quite a bit before choosing this place(5 gyms). I ended up choosing this even though it is farther from my place compared to other CrossFits, because I found coaches who are driven to see progress.
