Was looking for a box to get back on routine workout. Met Duke at this box who not only has a great passion for his community and professional training but also way more knowledge and experience than I expected. He was able to guide me to the fine line of challenging my capability without any injury for a month of my business trip. Following his passion and enjoying great community here for a month gave me 3.3lb more muscle and 5lb less fat. It is a great place to workout and reach to your fitness state beyond wellness.
Had the opportunity to drop in for a class while visiting from out of town. Duke was great at coaching and motivating as well as giving alot of pointers to help with the different lifts since i am a relative beginner. Environment and equipment were very well maintained.
This a really great gym with a good community of people aswell. Highly recommend
I have spent just about 1 1/2 years here at Cervus which has always been welcoming and affordable. Everyone i have met is very friendly and helpful. The owners, Duke and Melonie strive to create a personable and stimulating learning environment.
