Thoroughly impressed with this CrossFit gym. Emily, the coach, was super personable, professional, and attentive the entire class. I brought my father here to try CrossFit for the first time, and what a great experience we both had! Logan, the owner, went above and beyond in supporting my father the entire workout in staying safe, and modified the workout to keep it accessible and empowering. This is a top notch gym. I dropped in for one class and was highly impressed. The space is large, well organized, with lots of equipment and room, even with a large class. Coach Grace gave great pre-workout tips and good cues during the warm up and workouts. The warm up was tailored specifically for the workouts and there was heavy emphasis on movement quality. Check out their socials if you don't believe me. Only downside was the Houston humidity. I will definitely drop in again if I'm down that way.
