I was really nervous about trying CrossFit. It always seemed super intense, and I honestly thought it was out of my league. Plus, I’d heard stories about people getting injured because coaches didn’t focus on form, and that was a big concern for me. The coaches are wonderful. Everyone is so friendly. Great programming! If you’re looking to try, I highly recommend. It’s sometimes hard to find a good CrossFit gym, but I would say this one is a very good one.
