I’m an affiliate owner dropping in from out of town and we had a terrible experience. We weren’t introduced to the coach, not asked about our fitness level or how long we have been Crossfitting, not asked about any injuries we may have had, and not welcomed in as part of the class. It was super awkward to be honest. Thank God I’m a seasoned athlete, because I wasn’t coached even though there were only 4 athletes in the class. We dropped in from Arnold, MO for a couple of classes while moving our son in to his new place. Great programming and great coaching. We definitely recommend CrossFit CE and we definitely will be back!

This is a great neighborhood gym that’s super welcoming. The instructors and the members have been really friendly. The workouts are equally great. I love when instructors take time to correct form.

I started CrossFit two years ago, and joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’ve grown so much physically, but beyond the workouts, I’ve found an amazing community and friendships.
