Great gym good atmosphere and lovely staff
Starting out at CrossFit, I had to get comfortable being uncomfortable, the coaches and the community make you feel supported, and all your progress is celebrated. Everyone is so welcoming, and I have made connections with so many empowering people. You’ll want to come even on your rest days.
Caves Beach Gym is by far the most welcoming and supportive gym I have been apart of. This gym has everything you need- fully equipped weights/machines room, workout classs, cross fit style training and more. The gym caters for everyone's needs as there are a variety of classes for all ages, shapes and sizes. You can also get 24/7 access. Most importantly I have really enjoyed the community feeling.
